Best Coffee Machine to Start a Coffee Shop

So the first thing when you’re looking at coffee machines they typically come in price range that start in the bottom depending on the capacity and the more capacity machines rated for, the higher the price gets.

Now, and I’ve seen this every single time, everyone when they open a coffee shop restaurant expects to do a million cups of coffee a day and I hope that’s the case with your coffee shop but it sometimes doesn’t materialize.

Start with a cheap coffee shop coffee machine

So my number one suggestion is to start small and to try and start cheap and if you need extra machines or bigger machine or something you can always move up as opposed to spending a fortune of money on a machine you’re never going to use in your life.

So number one try and kind of hit your risk, go a little bit slowly and get a machine that is obviously not a domestic machine but a machine that can do a job but potentially is not made for millions of cups of coffee.

The next consideration which is the big consideration to make is do you go the automatic route or go the traditional route?

So pretty much around the world in particularly in developed countries, automatic is replacing traditional in pretty much all the cases, but traditional still has a place in coffee shops and restaurants and one thing which automatic doesn’t bring–besides it does obviously have–carry a lot of advantageous, consistence coffee, consistency with coffee, no barista needed, and coffee tracking all that type of stuff, but the one thing that automatic coffee machines never unfortunately bring is that theater of coffee.

There is something different to having a barista sitting behind the counter making your coffee just how you like with you’re latte art and kind of changing it up each time.

You can’t get that from an automatic coffee machine.

So which route to go obviously depends of what kind of coffee shop you have, what restaurant you have, what type of feeling you want to go and those are probably you’re two biggest considerations at the beginning. Hope that helps.
